School Wala Android App Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the School Wala Android app by schools, staff, parents, students, and authorized users.

Authorized use

Users may access the app only through valid credentials issued or approved by the registered school.

Account responsibility

• Keep usernames, passwords, OTPs, and devices secure.
• Do not share credentials or allow unauthorized access.
• Report suspected unauthorized access immediately.

School responsibilities

The school is responsible for user authorization, data accuracy, parent/student communication, fee records, attendance records, and final administrative decisions.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the app, upload unlawful content, bypass security, scrape data, reverse engineer, or interfere with service operation.

Fees and payments

If payment features are enabled, payment status, gateway charges, reconciliation, and refunds may be governed by school policy and payment gateway policy.

Service availability

Features may change and service may be interrupted due to maintenance, internet issues, school subscription status, third-party outages, or technical problems.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, incorrect school entries, user mistakes, credential sharing, third-party outages, or device/network failures.
