Mark Attendance Android App Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Mark Attendance Android app by registered schools and authorized attendance users.

Authorized use

The app is only for school attendance workflows. Users must use their own approved credentials and follow school rules.

Attendance accuracy

Users must mark attendance accurately and honestly. Schools are responsible for reviewing, correcting, approving, and maintaining final attendance records.

Verification features

QR, barcode, photo, face, location, or device-based verification must not be bypassed, spoofed, or manipulated. Schools must use sensitive verification features lawfully.

Prohibited activity

• Submitting false, proxy, duplicate, or unauthorized attendance.
• Sharing passwords or impersonating another user.
• Tampering with records, device time, location, camera, QR codes, or verification data.
• Attempting unauthorized access to school records, servers, APIs, or other users data.

Connectivity and sync

The app may require internet access. Offline records, if enabled, may sync later and should be verified by users and schools.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for attendance disputes, salary or academic consequences, false entries, third-party outages, device problems, or user mistakes.
